Join your favorite Grove instructors and stay active! You must pre-register to join these classes. Once registered, you will receive all the details to join these classes in-person or virtually. Because of class size limits, we ask that you choose either the virtual or the in-person class option when you register. Classes are subject to change to accommodate statewide guidelines for COVID-19 restrictions.

Youth Sports TrainingWe also offer individual and team training including the following sports: dance, cross country, ice skating, track and field, volleyball, and baseball/softball. Fitness Center Hours
- Monday-Friday: 5 a.m.- 8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m.- 3 p.m.
**Hours and facility availability are subject to change to accommodate current statewide COVID-19 restrictions.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will adhere to the following when we reopen:
- Face coverings are required in the VMCC and all facilities, at all times (unless swimming in the pools)
- The VMCC has capacity limits and reservations will be required for most activities to maintain limits
- Lap pool available for lap swim only (face covering not required while swimming)
- Hot Tub is open to a max. of two people at a time
- Fitness equipment, track, and weights open following state guidelines around COVID-19 restrictions
- Walking Track is open to 7 people at a time
- MUST register to attend virtual or in-person fitness classes
- Personal training open following state guidelines around COVID-19 restrictions
Unavailable at this time until further guidance is available:
- The National Guard Gymnasium is closed to all Parks & Recreation and VMCC-related recreational activities, due to its allocation as a National Guard COVID-19 testing site.
